Suitable for
Wideload 690BZN is an extra wide work boot with a soft toe (no steel or composite toe)
Ideal for anyone looking for a genuinely very wide work boot but who doesn't need a protective toe cover.
The toe box is 8mm deeper and 15mm wider than standard work boots. The deeper toe box will happily accommodate hammer toes, swelling and other conditions which make standard steel toe caps feel tight and uncomfortable.
This work boot has a padded tongue and heel collar, as well as soft comfort insoles and breathable lining to help keep your feet cool and cushioned while you work.
The Wideload 690BZN has two insoles to allow you to fine tune the fitting to ensure maximum comfort and to create additional depth in the boot if required.
The 690BZN has a zip opening to make it easy to put on and take off - a nice feature if you are tired after a long day! The boot also features a lower zip guard to protect the zip from mud and dirt.
If you have been disappointed with other 'wide' work boots we can guarantee that you will love this one. It is one of the few work boots to come in the extra-wide width 6E fitting.
If you have swollen feet, severe bunions, hammertoes or other serious foot problems, then we strongly recommend that you try this work boot.
They are made to an extremely high standard with all the accredited safety features you would expect of a premium work boot.

This model is a 6E width fitting.
A 6E fitting is an extra wide fitting, and one of our widest.
Not only does this fitting offer plenty of width, it also has extra depth and is recommended for those with serious foot conditions such as large bunions, gout and very swollen feet.

This width is much wider than anything you can find on the high street and is only available from specialist wide fitting shops and websites.
If you have oedema or swelling, and the conditions varies through the day, then we would try a 6V fitting instead of a 6E. A 6V fitting offers more flexibility in the fitting and can be adjusted to cope with fluctuations in your condition.
Still not sure what width fitting you need?
You can read our comprehensive guide on width fittings to learn everything you need to know about width fittings.
You can also measure your width using our simple width measurement guide.
