Postage Charges

All our shoes are shipped via Royal Mail on a recorded delivery service to give you complete piece of mind. The tracking number can be given on request.

UK Postage (48hr Tracked)

Please note if you request during checkout to leave your parcel in a safeplace, behind a bin or in the porch, and it goes missing, then you will not be able to claim it as a lost parcel. We recommend that you do not do this.

European Postage (5-10 day service)

Please note that due to the UK leaving the single market, customs clearance fees and additional fees will need to be paid when the goods arrive in your country. You will be contacted by your National customs office when the goods arrive to make payment.
