IDEAL FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Bunions  Diabetes  Othotics  Swollen Feet

Ernest from Cosyfeet has been designed to fit when no other slipper will!

The design allows the slipper to be completely opened for easy fitting, with a large Velcro panel to close.

The wrap around style is designed to fit extremely swollen or heavily bandaged feet. It has a touch-fastening strap at the back of the foot as well as across the top, so it’s fully adjustable.

The deep, seam-free front accommodates even the most problematic feet and we recommend this model for those who really struggle with finding something that fits well.

Extension straps are available (sold separately) for the Ernest creating even more room inside the slipper. The insoles can also be removed for additional room or to give space to use your own orthotics.

The slipper has a rubber sole which allows for both indoor and outdoor wear, and the Ernest has a soft cushioned lining for extra comfort.

Recommended by the Healthy Footwear Guide.

A  6V fitting is an extra-wide fitting, and one of our widest. This fitting offers lots of width and extra depth in the toe area.

A 6V fitting means the fit can be adjusted to increase the depth of the shoe, increasing it from a 6E to an 8E fitting.

Additional depth in a shoe is important for conditions such as hammertoes, bunions, gout and swelling as it stops toes rubbing against the top of the shoe which can cause irritation and discomfort.

A variable fit is recommended for those who may need to adjust the fit over the day or are recovering from a procedure where the foot is swollen as the fit can be reduced as the swelling recedes.

These width fittings are not available on the high street, even at well known wide fitting shops.
