Suitable for
The Orthofeet Tilos is designed for everyday comfort, easy wear, and supportive walking. It is available in a 6E width fitting. The fit is extremely customisable due to spacers and a selection of insoles so you get the perfect fit for your foot shape.
This makes the Tilos suitable for men with very wide or swollen feet, or for foot conditions that require additional space and depth.
Featuring Orthofeet’s hands-free slip-on technology, the Tilos allows you to step straight in and out once the laces are set, without bending down — ideal if flexibility, balance, or joint stiffness is a concern. The Tilos does have laces, so you can adjust the fit if required but once you have the laces where you need them you can forget about them and just slip in.
The stretch upper gently adapts to the shape of your foot, providing a secure yet flexible fit that helps reduce pressure on sensitive areas such as bunions or hammer toes. A wide toe box allows toes to sit naturally without feeling restricted.
Inside, the shoe is finished with a soft, padded, seam-free lining to help minimise rubbing and irritation. The Tilos forms part of Orthofeet’s Ortho-Cushion™ system, which includes a removable orthotic insole with layered cushioning and anatomical arch support.
For further adjustability, the Tilos also includes an arch booster and fitting spacers, allowing you to fine-tune both support and internal volume. This makes the shoe suitable for everyday wear as well as for those who use custom orthotics.
Finished in classic navy with grey detailing , the Tilos is a practical and supportive choice for walking, daily activities, and all-day wear.

This model is a 6E width fitting.
A 6E fitting is an extra wide fitting, and one of our widest.
Not only does this fitting offer plenty of width, it also has extra depth and is recommended for those with serious foot conditions such as large bunions, gout and very swollen feet.

This width is much wider than anything you can find on the high street and is only available from specialist wide fitting shops and websites.
If you have oedema or swelling, and the conditions varies through the day, then we would try a 6V fitting instead of a 6E. A 6V fitting offers more flexibility in the fitting and can be adjusted to cope with fluctuations in your condition.
