- What is an E Fitting?
Summit from Skechers is a fairly wide-fit slip-on casual trainer in an E width fitting.
Summit has a slightly wider toe box than high street trainers; the textile upper is accommodating and won't aggravate bunions or other minor foot conditions.
So if you find standard width Skechers a squeeze these could be the trainer for you. However, if you have very wide feet or more severe foot conditions, then we suggest looking at our wider options.
The styling on the design is modern and fresh and includes classic Skechers idents.
The stretch lace design makes the Summit very easy to put on and take off, and the shoe is very lightweight.
Skechers are well known for the quality of their insoles, and the insoles on the Summit are excellent, offering great comfort and shock absorbency.
Skechers Summit is an excellent choice if you are looking for an on-trend sneaker in a wider fitting. Looks great with jeans or spring/summer wear.

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging.
If you need to send an item back to us, please include the returns form sent with your order. If you have misplaced the returns form, don't worry, we can email you another copy.
Once our returns department has received your parcel, we will refund the payment card used for the original purchase.
If you require a different size, we recommend ordering the new size online and returning the incorrect size for a refund.
If the shoe you purchased was not suitable then why not give us a call. We have over 30 years experience helping customers get the right footwear and we would be happy to advise you on another style, fitting or size that would be more suitable.
Most of the shoes you'll find on the high street are a C or D fitting. A D fitting is a standard or medium width (a C fitting is narrow). An E fit signifies it is a wide fitting.
So if you normally find high street shoes tight then this width could be for you. It is a little wider around the toe area than a standard fitting.
We also stock a large range of EE and EEE fittings, which offer additional width if you have extra wide feet.

If you require extra depth in your shoes, then we would recommend you look at our range of 4E or 4V fittings which offer extra width but also additional depth inside the shoe to stop toes rubbing the top of the shoe.
