Arch Fit Banlin, is a stylish wider fit walking shoe from Skechers, in a 2E fitting.

Skecher's Banlin has been designed to be lightweight, comfortable and breathable.

The mesh allows cool air to permeate throughout the entire upper to increase ventilation and to reduce an uncomfortable heat build-up, creating a perfect environment for your feet. An important design feature if you find your feet overheating in warmer weather.

A slip-on, nearly seamless design ensures an easy on/off and reduces the risks of chafing and irritation. Banlin also has a soft lining and a smooth heel collar to cushion the heel so you can enjoy your walk without any discomfort from rubbing and irritating seams. The minimal seams also make this style a good choice for diabetics.

Dual elastic side panels also exist for added comfort; they move with the foot's motion to ensure comfort with each stride.

To ensure comfort and support at all times, the Skechers Arch Fit Banlin Walking Shoes have been constructed using a lightweight, and flexible cushioned midsole. The soft nature of the midsole reacts to your every step for ultimate comfort on longer walks.

Completing the midsole is Skechers signature rubber arch fit insole system which provides podiatrist certified arch support. The insole is perfect for those who need more support on they go. A nice design feature is that the insoles can be removed, if required, for your own orthotics.

This model is extremely light, so perfect for anyone looking for a high-quality walking shoe that is lightweight and flexible, with features designed to keep your feet cool, comfortable and supported.

The fit is a 2E, so a good fitting for those with a wider foot but not suffering from serious foot issues such as severe swelling of the feet. If you find high street shoes a bit of a squeeze then this could be the perfect shoe for you.

Most of the shoes you'll find on the high street are a C or D width fitting. A D fitting is a standard or medium width (a C fitting is narrow). An 2E fit signifies it is a wide fitting.

2E Width Fitting - Wider than E Fit

A 2E fitting is wider than our E fitting. So, if high street shoes are nearly always a tight squeeze then a 2E or even a 3E fitting is a good width to look at.

Different Width Fittings

If you are not sure if you are an E, EE or EEE fit then you can use our simple guide  to measure the width of your feet.

If you require extra depth in your shoes, then we would recommend you look at our range of 4E or 4V fittings which offer extra width but also additional depth inside the shoe to stop toes rubbing the top of the shoe.

We are always happy to offer advice and guidance and have lots of experience helping customers find the perfect fit and style. So feel free to get in touch if we can help.
