Product Information and Advice

I don't know what width to buy. What should I do?

You are probably visiting our website as you cannot find shoes wide enough on the high street but you are not sure what your actual width fitting is. Don't worry!

We have several information guides to help you which we have linked below, but generally speaking, the E fitting you will see on our site indicates how wide a shoe is. The more E's the wider the fit!

Most customers are a 3E or 4E fitting. Those with serious foot conditions such as swelling or severe gout are the larger fittings, 6E and 8E.
